&lt;p&gt;This picture always seems to give me motivation and helps me to get back into the right mind set of things when im feeling down about myself. Iv always been bullied in my past and as soon as i finished high school I decided it would be the best time to kick myself in the butt and look good &amp; feel great. &lt;br/&gt;I started my whole weightloss by changing what &amp; how i ate. I was also in the process of training for my first 10km run ever.. (i NEVER was into sports or running..at all) I had lost a total of 30lbs by the date of my run. I never felt better..&lt;br/&gt;A few months later i decided to get myself back into the gym.. I then realized that the 30lbs that i had lost was not only fat, I had also burned most of my muscle off. &lt;br/&gt;I then decided a few months ago (in december) that I dont want to loose any more weight, I want to GAIN more muscle and shed some inches. *weighing yourself is only a number.. not meaning anything* I was doing everything I could to gain muscle- until i found out i was spending 2 hours in the gym and over working myself. &lt;br/&gt;The best decision I have ever made was working with a trainer at the gym. she helped me plan out a 5 day workout routine and exercises that were specifically meant for me (i have constant pain in my back.. getting better though).&lt;br/&gt;I am currently in the process of slowly increasing the weightload and learning to love my body inside and out.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;You will never achieve proper progress if you dont learn to love your body inside and out.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;</description><link>http://bikinibound3.tumblr.com/post/43801488631</link><guid>http://bikinibound3.tumblr.com/post/43801488631</guid><pubDate>Sat, 23 Feb 2013 08:57:34 -0500</pubDate></item><item><title>theultimatefitspo:

&lt;p&gt;I needed to make this, because I’m kind of bummed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Doctor informed me of my weight on Tuesday, and according to her I’ve gained about 5-7 lbs since my During Pic (pre-crossfit).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don’t think it’s all muscle; however:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lots of Crossfit and extra hours at the gym since mid-January&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cut back on cardio a lot after the Holidays (until recently the last couple of weeks)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lifted more often than I did pre-Holidays&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Taking that into account, it still dismayed me a little, even though I &lt;em&gt;know&lt;/em&gt; better than to rely on the scale. She said I was very healthy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are ups and downs to this journey, and we all have to remind ourselves of that. Seeing this—even though I’m not quite where my During pic is at—just makes me want to keep going! :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the During pic, I’m thinner and only started developing more muscle. I want to be more than just thin, though. There is so much more for me out there than just thin. I want to be &lt;em&gt;toned&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;strong&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;fierce&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;3&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(By the way, I’m wearing a sports bra in the During pic and I understand it makes me appear flat-chested. That’s what I get for going from DD’s to B’s. Oh well!
